Cette application est réservée aux clients du marché Entreprise ayant souscrit à loffre Business Talk IP dOrange Business Services.Lapplication Services BTIP dOrange Business Services permet aux entreprises daméliorer la disponibilité téléphonique de leurs employés.En effet, grâce au service Numéro Unique BTIP, un utilisateur disposant de plusieurs terminaux (fixe et mobile) communiquera seulement sur son n° fixe qui devient son Numéro Unique et ses appels le suivent (télétravail, déplacement sur un autre site de l’entreprise).
En fonction de son état de disponibilité, ses appels seront renvoyés automatiquement vers ses différents terminaux, vers lun de ses collègues ou vers la Messagerie Vocale de son mobile.
Grâce à son interface mobile, lutilisateur du Numéro Unique BTIP dOrange Business Services pourra modifier à tout moment son état de disponibilité, en toute simplicité.De plus, grâce au service Continuité dactivité, un administrateur pourra activer/désactiver les plans de secours associés à son réseau.
